Augustine Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Golf Course Superintendent to lead all agronomic and golf course maintenance operations at our championship golf facility in Stafford County, Virginia.
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the club's leadership team and be responsible for delivering high quality playing conditions, environmental stewardship, team development, budget management, capital planning, and daily maintenance operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished turf professional to lead a respected Northern Virginia golf facility and make a meaningful impact on course conditions, operational effectiveness, and the overall golfer experience.

Experience Requirements
• Minimum five years progressive golf course maintenance experience
• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
• Strong experience managing warm-season Bermuda grass and Mid-Atlantic transition zone conditions

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Turf grass Management, Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related field preferred
• GCSAA Class A Membership preferred
• GCSAA Class A Membership preferred
Special Requirements
• Virginia Commercial Pesticide Applicator License required or ability to obtain immediately upon hire
• Experience with Rain Bird irrigation systems preferred
• Experience with GPS sprayer technology, irrigation management software, and maintenance management systems preferred
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) communication skills preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and organizational skills
