Golf Course Superintendent

Sterling National Country Club, a private 18-hole golf and country club located in Sterling, MA, is searching for a golf course superintendent candidate with a good work ethic, an eye for detail, who is motivated, honest and has a positive attitude. Candidate should be knowledgeable in basic management practices related to golf course maintenance including irrigation, spraying, fertilizing and daily course set up. Some mechanical ability, irrigation use and repair, as well as supervisory experience is preferred. Must have a valid MA driver’s license. Must have or be able to obtain a MA Pesticide License within 90 days. Associate degree in Turf Grass Management or a related field is a plus.
