Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Including, but not limited to, the following:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive golf course maintenance experience at a private club or high-quality daily fee facility, with Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred.
Proven knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, drainage, environmental stewardship, and agronomic best practices.
Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating a golf course maintenance team while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Experience preparing and managing operating and capital budgets, equipment, and resource allocation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with members, club leadership, and the Green Committee.
Valid state pesticide applicator's license (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe).
GCSAA membership and Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) designation are preferred, but not required.

Educational Requirements
Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
Salary Range
From $85,000 to $95,000 per year
