Located in the heart of Naples, Lely Resort Golf & Country Club is home to 54 holes of championship golf, including The Flamingo Island Golf Course, built by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and previously ranked by Golfweek as one of the top public golf courses in the country.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Golf Course Superintendent to join our team at Lely. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a premier club while working directly under our Director of Maintenance. This position is designed for a young professional who is eager to take the next step in their career. The right candidate will gain the hands-on leadership experience it takes to run a golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily golf course maintenance and operations for 18 holes and its practice facilities
Work closely with the Director of Maintenance and collaborate with the superintendents of our other two courses
Lead, train, and develop a multi-lingual team
Create and manage daily staff schedules
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair a Toro-Lynx irrigation system built in 2022.
Communicate effectively with Lelys members, pro-shop and General Manager

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of the standards required to deliver excellent playing conditions
Previous experience with Bermudagrass preferred.
Salary Range
From $80,000 to $85,000 per year
