What You'll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you'll play an important role in maintaining the championship golf course and surrounding club grounds. Responsibilities include:
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas
- Operating golf course maintenance equipment and utility vehicles
- Raking and maintaining bunkers
- Repairing divots and ball marks
- Maintaining landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plantings
- Blowing debris from cart paths, parking lots, and walkways
- Assisting with irrigation repairs and hand watering as needed
- Aerifying, sodding, edging, and other cultural practices
- Loading and unloading materials and maintaining equipment
- Supporting special projects and daily course setup
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team

Job Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable and punctual
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, walking, and operating equipment
Golf course or landscape maintenance experience is preferred, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals
Valid driver's license preferred
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Able to meet and perform physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
• May need to use some protective equipment, such as a respirator, gloves, earplugs, eye guards/visors, boots, and hat.
• Often required to get dirty and/or work in dirty environments.
• Prefer that all groundskeepers possess a valid drivers license.
