Grounds Crew

Alaqua Country Club is seeking an experienced Grounds Crew Member / Equipment Operator to join our golf course maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have prior golf course maintenance experience and be confident operating golf course mowing equipment, including rough mowers, fairway units such as John Deere 7700 fairway mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other daily maintenance equipment. This position will play an important role in maintaining high-quality playing conditions through mowing, course setup, bunker maintenance, trimming, detail work, and overall course conditioning. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded team member who takes pride in their work and understands the standards expected at a private country club.
