Lead Grounds Worker – Part time mornings

 Newbury Golf Center in Newbury, Ma is seeking an individual to manage the daily care of the grounds at the new golf practice facility.  Newbury Golf Center opened in August of 2020 and features a 15,000 sq ft bentgrass range tee, a 1.5 acre short game area, a a 350 yard driving range.

  Tasks include daily mowing of putting green and regular mowing of all other areas of the property.  Seeding, fertilizing, watering, trimming and other projects as needed.  The Golf Range Greenskeeper reports to the golf course superintendent and owner of the company.

Schedule is daily Mon-Fri for 3 - 5 hrs per day plus one brief weekend morning shift.  Must be a self starter, responsible and adaptable.

Previous golf course grounds experience is preferred, but willing to train the right individual who is willing to learn.
