IRRIGATION SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Various job sites across the U.S. with key office locations in South Florida and the Northeast
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Yearly salary up to 125 000$
This position falls specifically within the fields of earthwork, excavation, landscaping, civil works, drainage, and irrigation—areas in which practical expertise is highly sought after. The person in this role ensures quality execution, optimal management of human and material resources, site safety, as well as compliance with standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple simultaneous job sites
• Manage 2 projects in parallel depending on workload
• Lead field teams and subcontractors
• Conduct kick-off meetings and safety briefings
• Coordinate progress of irrigation installation work
• Maintain constant communication with clients, foremen, and project managers
• Review and approve daily reports, billing, and subcontracted work
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and material requirements
• Track and evaluate field team performance
What We’re Looking For:
Field Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in irrigation within a construction environment
• Required experience in irrigation system installation (not maintenance)
• Proven hands-on experience supervising teams on job sites
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills
• HDPE Fusion certification required
• Strong knowledge of TORO and Rain Bird systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Leadership and Management
• Experience supervising field teams (foremen / crews)
• Strong field presence with a focus on execution and results
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
Languages and Mobility
• English/Spanish bilingualism (strong asset)
• Availability for frequent travel within the United States

This position is not intended for a maintenance or post-installation service role. We are seeking a professional with experience in:
• irrigation infrastructure construction,
• field installation,
• active job site supervision,
and not in a maintenance or service-focused role.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of TORO and Rain Bird systems
