Spray/Applications Technician

Spray Technician (CPCO Licensed) (LAKE WORTH, FL , LOCATION)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $27 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Spray Technician is responsible for the safe and effective application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to maintain optimal turf health on sports fields and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides according to prescribed plans
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and application tools
• Monitor turf conditions and report any issues such as pests, diseases, or irrigation concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines for chemical handling and application
• Maintain accurate records of applications and materials used
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Assist with general turf maintenance tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Valid CPCO license (required)
• Experience in Turf and Ornamental Spray Technician services
• Knowledge of turfgrass species, pests, and treatment methods
• Ability to operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
