A unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals responsible for the continued development and maintenance of private, historic property in Winnabow, North Carolina.
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Technician to help maintain the health of the grounds on the historic property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and enjoys working outdoors.
Perform all aspects of landscape and grounds care, including mowing, pruning, and general maintenance.
Operate equipment such as Sidewinders, zero turn mowers, utility vehicles and skid steers.
Work as part of the landscape crew under the supervision of the Grounds Manager and Assistant Grounds Manager
Be a team player and assist with duties outside of landscaping when needed.
Maintain strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.

Job Requirements
Experience operating landscape or golf course equipment
Basic understanding of landscape techniques
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license
Landscape design or install experience a plus
