Job Requirements
• Perform lawn applications including fertilization, weed control, fungicide, insecticide, etc. applications.
• Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Hold a certified pesticide applicator license to be able to apply products according to company procedures and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
• Assist with other lawn and landscape services as needed.
• Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment (spreader, tanks, pumps, etc.)
• Continued development of job knowledge (pesticides, safety, equipment, etc.)
