Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
Job Details
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will work alongside a Crew Leader to provide professional lawn and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties.
What You’ll Do
- Perform mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing
- Assist with shrub and hedge trimming
- Maintain clean and professional-looking properties
- Follow property-specific scopes of work and company SOPs
- Complete thorough cleanup before leaving each property
- Properly use and care for mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Help load and unload equipment and materials
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Communicate with the Crew Leader regarding property concerns or issues
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete routes within budgeted time
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on customer properties
- Help ensure every property is left better than we found it

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
Experience operating commercial lawn equipment is a plus
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate:
Commercial mowers
String trimmers
Edgers
Backpack blowers
Hedge trimmers
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday
Must be dependable and arrive ready to work on time
Must be able to work effectively with a Crew Leader and other team members
Valid driver's license is a plus

Salary Range
From $17 to $21 per hour
