Lawn Tech

The Lawn Care Technician is responsible to spray herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides on lawns, shrubs and trees using hoses and truck mounted tanks as well as portable equipment. Individual fills sprayer tanks with water and chemicals according to prescribed formulas. Serves as a landscape maintenance department team member when not performing spray technician duties.

Lawn Care Technicians must be:

• Focused on details, organized, and able to plan ahead to maximize time
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally
• A safety-oriented team player

Lawn Care Technicians requirements:

• Lawn application experience (2+ years)
• Pesticide certification in category 6 and/or 7 (highly desirable)
• Able to drive company truck with equipment trailer
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and able to obtain DOT medical certification
