Duties
- Operate spray equipment and machinery to apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or other treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare spray solutions by mixing chemicals using hand tools and power tools according to safety guidelines and product instructions.
- Conduct routine inspections of spraying equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance before each use.
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping, or other tasks as needed to support overall project goals.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental protection.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in turf management, pest control, lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment operation.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate vehicles safely across different terrains.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail for precise application of chemicals and adherence to safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
