Pine Valley Golf Club is a 18-hole private golf course founded in 1913, designed by George Crump. Pine Valley is ranked #1 in the World by Golf Digest. In addition to the Old Course, there is a 10-hole Short course designed by Tom Fazio and a 20-acre double-ended practice facility. Pine Valley Golf Club offers candidates an opportunity to be part of a constantly evolving golf club with construction projects happening each year.
Position Summary
Candidates will have the opportunity to be a part of a golf operation that is continuously evolving with various construction projects taking place each year. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. Candidates must also have the willingness to work the hours required to uphold the high standards of Pine Valley Golf Club, as well as have a strong eye for detail with a desire to advance in the turf maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily turf management tasks
- Chemical/fertilizer applications and calibration
- Opportunity to lead/manage small crews
- Proper moisture management of all playing surfaces
- Operating and maintaining a variety of turf equiptment
- Supporting course setup for daily play and tournaments
- Monitoring turf health

Job Requirements

•Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and a team oriented attitude
•General understanding of turfgrass management
•Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem solving
Salary Range
$19 per hour
