Position Overview
The Project Manager will play a hands-on role in the daily execution of golf course construction and renovation projects across the United States. This individual should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
While prior construction experience is preferred, it is not required. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and basic computer proficiency are essential. Spanish language skills are a plus. Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, tractors, and other construction machinery is also beneficial.
This position requires travel to project sites nationwide.
Job Description
- Manage and support golf course renovation and construction projects across the U.S.
- Serve as the primary liaison between golf course superintendents, club representatives, architects, and consultants
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and jobsite safety requirements
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients in the golf industry
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and daily field activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timesheets, materials tracking, and production reports
- Oversee and ensure proper daily maintenance and care of equipment

Job Requirements
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn field technology tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
