We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence within the assigned region (Texas). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end users, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to customers. This position requires a results-driven individual with experience in the green industry, including turf management, landscaping, or distribution sales.

The Regional Sales Manager will gain traction in the following industries by working with specifiers and designers in golf, sports fields, landscapes, municipalities, erosion control, solar, and DOT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry professionals.
  • Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage and drive the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Represent Mirimichi Green at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
3+ years of sales experience in the green industry, turf management, or distribution sector.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
Special Requirements
Ability to travel within the assigned region. Must be located in Texas (required).
Proficiency in HubsSpot CRM and Google Suite (preferred).
