The company's turfgrass products have national distribution and primarily sell through big box retailers. We are interviewing candidates to join us as a Retail Territory Representative - a teammate responsible for regularly traveling an assigned territory to physically audit retail stores, enhance product placement, and maintain excellent relationships with the retail team.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience is accepted as educational equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
- Strong understanding of dynamics within large retail environments
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute promotional activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Driven, trustworthy, and able to act independently
Metrics
- Travel up to 80% within the assigned multi-state region
- Conduct in store audits exceeding a minimum of 80 visits monthly
- Coordinate with analytics team & supervisor to ensure 3-week plan
- Be present in assigned markets minimum 4 days weekly (1 home office day)
