First Turf & Ornamental Corp is actively seeking a Sales Representative in Chicago, IL and the surrounding region for product sales in the golf, landscape and sports turf markets.
Company Description: First Turf & Ornamental Corp is a distributor of plant protectants and other turf care maintenance products in the turfgrass industry. The company was started in Rochester, NY in 2015 by two industry professionals, Jeff Corcoran and Michael Bamann, and has since grown into more than 15 states throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. Since inception, our mission has been to build a talented team with relevant industry background and experience, and to foster an environment where everyone can succeed.
Location: Sales Representative will be expected to cover Chicago and the surrounding region.
Position: Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business and growing business in this sales territory, while providing the customer base with sound agronomic and technical advice. An existing customer base is preferred, though not required. This position is best-suited for individuals with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as required.
Salary Range: Base salary range plus commission and incentives
