Job Benefits
Compensation & benefits include:
• $25.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime opportunities, with hours varying based on course needs and seasonal demands.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who is eager to build a successful career in the golf course turf industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a highly professional and team-oriented environment.
Qualifications include:
• Completion of a two- or four-year turfgrass management program, or a degree in a related field.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to work and learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a professional, high-performance environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
