Spring/Summer Internship 2027 – Housing Available

Mountain Ridge Country Club, located in West Caldwell, New Jersey, is seeking aspiring turf professionals to fill internship positions for the 2027 golf season. Mountain Ridge is an 18-hole golf club designed by renowned architect Donald Ross. Having hosted both USGA and LPGA events, Mountain Ridge provides a true test of golf for those who play.

Following a highly successful 2026 Mizuho Americas Open, we are looking to add a team member to our turf management staff to help build upon that success while gaining valuable experience throughout the 2027 golf season.

While previous experience in turf maintenance is preferred, it is not required. The ideal applicant is someone with a strong desire to learn about turf management in the golf industry and who is willing to work hard to demonstrate that commitment.

Our goal as a management staff is to provide interns with the foundational knowledge, experience, and skills needed to succeed as they advance their careers in the turf industry.
