Sr. Lawn Care Technician

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician to keep our clients' lawns and landscapes healthy and looking their best. In this role, you'll travel to residential and commercial properties to apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments, and you'll handle services like aeration, overseeding, and lime applications. You'll inspect turf for disease, insects, and other problems, recommend fixes, and explain your work and next steps to customers. You'll also keep accurate service records, look after your equipment and vehicle, and follow all safety, environmental, and state pesticide rules.

The ideal candidate likes working outdoors, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. You'll need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a range of weather conditions. You should hold a state pesticide applicator license or be willing to earn one within a set period. Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we'll provide training to motivated people. This position offers competitive pay, room to grow, and a chance to join a team that cares about quality work and happy customers.
