Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in golf course maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and course conditioning practices
• Proven experience in budgeting, planning, and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
• Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Educational Requirements
• High school diploma required, college certificate and/or degree required in turfgrass management or related field
Salary Range
From $125,000 to $150,000 per year
