Turf Equipment Technician

Baltusrol Golf Club is seeking a motivated and passionate Turf Equipment Technician to join our Grounds Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual who wants to build a long-term career in the golf course industry. Working directly alongside our Equipment Manager, who brings more than 35 years of industry experience, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while maintaining and repairing championship-level golf course equipment. This position is designed for someone eager to develop into a highly skilled golf course technician, with a clear path toward advancing into an Equipment Manager role.
