Job Overview
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for one of the following markets: North America, Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, ensuring annual sales targets are met.
Role & Responsibilities
Quickly replicate and localize the company's proven market models, developing phased market expansion plans.
Develop and manage a network of dealers/distributors in the region, covering key golf courses, driving ranges, and other relevant venues.
Quickly build local networks through industry exhibitions, associations, and client visits.
Implement tiered management of distributors, enhancing the sales and service capabilities of key distributors.
Monitor distributor survival rate, activity rate, and contribution rate, optimizing channel structure as needed.
Personally lead the development of key accounts in the region (e.g., large golf course management groups, chain driving ranges) to create reference cases.
Maintain long-term relationships with benchmark clients, driving repeat purchases and referrals. Collect client feedback to support product iteration and localization.
Continuously track competitor dynamics and industry trends within the region.
Serve as the bridge between headquarters and local markets, providing timely feedback to the R&D team on client suggestions for product improvement.
Coordinate with headquarters' technical support, product, and after-sales teams to ensure timely responses to overseas clients.
Build and develop the sales team based on business scale.
Job Requirements
3+ years of team management experience, with experience managing cross-regional sales teams.
Fluent in English as a working language (capable of business negotiations and contract drafting).
Proven experience replicating successful sales models and rapidly scaling proven models.
Experience managing a network of 20+ dealers, with attention to survival rate and activity rate.
Existing network of contacts within golf courses, driving ranges, and dealer channels is highly preferred.
Preferred backgrounds: channel sales experience with golf equipment brands, sales experience with turf maintenance/course management equipment, or overseas sales experience with robotics/smart equipment.
Strong learning agility, able to quickly grasp product technical principles and effectively communicate value to clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and performance-oriented.
Able to travel frequently and work under pressure.
