Hard to find one with hours this low.. 

This unit has 1 issue and is priced accordingly. The front deck shell need to be replaced or repaired. The mower was stored with wet grass under the front shield and it rotted the inside of the deck, see pics.   It cannot be used as it, the front deck needs repair.  Side decks are in great shape

We can add a new front deck for a addl. cost.
