A strong growth opportunity under the direction of an experienced Equipment Manager and the Golf Course Superintendent. The Assistant Equipment Manager assists the Equipment Manager in the repairs and ongoing maintenance of various gasoline and diesel-powered golf course maintenance equipment. The Assistant Equipment Manager is also responsible for keeping a clean service area and building, assists in on course mowing, contributes to a critical preventive maintenance program and places safety procedures as a top priority,

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
1-3 years' experience at a Golf Course or small engine equipment repair shop preferred.
Educational Requirements
Relevant Tech Schooling or certifications preferred.
Special Requirements
Valid driver’s license. Driving record meeting Company safety policies and guidelines.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
