Pablo Creek Club in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our leadership team. This position requires an elite level of drive, initiative, and commitment. In return the club will provide the right candidate with a clear path to high-end club management in the future.
Pablo Creek is an exclusive private club with a golf-only membership. We are located on the Intracoastal Waterway and there are no homes on our 400 acre property. The club consistently invests in our team to improve the property, and we are on the horizon of a major project in two years that would be an extremely valuable experience for the right candidate.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experience in our industry with increasing levels of leadership and responsibility.
Educational Requirements
Degree in Agronomy-related field preferred
Special Requirements
Ability to acquire FL Restricted Use Pesticide license within 90 days
Must possess a strong drive for excellence and a competitive spirit that is always pushing to be better
Ability to think outside the box, problem solve, teach, and also learn
Spanish language proficiency a plus
