Escalante- Black Diamond Golf Club LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Manager to lead the maintenance and performance of our equipment fleet.

This position works closely with the Director of Agronomy and Golf Course Superintendents to support daily operations and ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and at a high standard.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in organization, preventative maintenance, and delivering consistent, high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair all golf course maintenance equipment
• Perform reel setup, grinding, and precision adjustments to ensure consistent, high-quality cut
• Conduct daily inspection of equipment and monitor quality of cut across all playing surfaces
• Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment
• Implement and manage a structured preventative maintenance program
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
• Coordinate parts ordering and vendor relationships
• Train staff on proper equipment operation and care
• Assist in evaluating and planning equipment replacement and upgrades
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Agronomy
