Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
*Responsible for all phases of Golf Maintenance and Argonomic operations, profit and loss of the business unit, and personnel for specified golf courses.
*Works closely with, advises and coordinates with the Director of Golf Operations, Director of Operations and Manager of ASG Solutions, LLC.
*Works closely with, advises and coordinates with the Facility Managers/Golf Professionals for specified golf courses.
*Must be able to set the tone and establish a safe work culture for all employees.
* Must be able to work independently and be a self-starting problem solver.
*Works closely with, advises and coordinates with the Director of Golf Operations, Director of Operations and Manager of ASG Solutions, LLC.
*Works closely with, advises and coordinates with the Facility Managers/Golf Professionals for specified golf courses.

Educational Requirements
Associates Degree in Turf Management or comparable experience.
Special Requirements
Responsible for the golf course operation and maintenance for 27 hole championship golf in The Villages, FL.

*Turfgrass maintenance programs
*Personnel Management
*Budget/Forecasting
*Financial Management
*Scheduling/Maintenance of the irrigation system
*Pesticide and Fertilizer applications
*Record keeping and compliance of regulatory issues

Salary Range
From $90,000 to $100,000 per year
