Job Overview
- Position: Head Golf Course Mechanic

Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Repair: Fix and maintain all greens mowers, fairway mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.
- Preventive Care: Set up regular oil changes, part checks, and routine safety tests.
- Sharpness Control: Grind reels and bedknives to keep cutting units sharp and clean.
- Inventory Control: Track and order spare parts, tires, oils, and tools within the budget.
- Shop Safety: Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and organized every day.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years fixing small engines or large turf care equipment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of diesel, gas, and electric motors, plus hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Tools: Must have basic hand tools; specialty tools are usually provided.
- License: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
