Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily/weekly servicing of equipment (oil changes, filter changes, lubrication) to prevent downtime.
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair gas, diesel, and electric engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Cutting Unit Maintenance: Sharpen (reel grinding), adjust heights, and maintain cutting units on mowers for optimal turf performance.
- Safety and Inspection: Inspect equipment on the course to ensure safe operation, keeping machinery in efficient working order.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of services, repairs, and part inventories.
- Shop Management: Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and organized
