This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Course Superintendent located in the Bradenton Area. The Golf Course Superintendent will oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance and management, including turf care, irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and pesticide application. Responsibilities will include planning and executing maintenance schedules, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining the quality and appearance of the golf course. The role requires a focus on delivering an outstanding experience for all golfers.

Expertise in Turf Management and Golf Course Management
Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems and practices
Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and overall grounds upkeep
Knowledge of Pesticide application and pesticide safety practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in an on-site and physically demanding role
Relevant certifications, such as a pesticide applicator license, are highly desirable
Previous experience in golf course or grounds management is preferred
