Cody Burnsed

Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to review my resume. I'm Cody Burnsed, a graduate of the Turf Equipment Technology program at Lake City Community College, with over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential turf equipment. I've completed level 2 of the GCSAA ECMP program with hopes to become a Certified Turf Equipment Manager. Additionally, I have undergone training with John Deere and have become a Certified Dealer Technician.

I am seeking a long-term career opportunity that will allow me to further develop my skills while contributing positively to my employer. My goal is to work in an environment that has strong, supportive leadership and encourages teamwork.

I am truly passionate about 18-hole courses and dedicated to ensuring a high-quality cut while supporting the entire equipment maintenance program. I strive for safety, cleanliness, and organization in all aspects of my work.

My wife and I recently welcomed our first child and are hoping to relocate closer to family. Although we prefer not to return to Florida, we would like to find a location that is within an 18-hour drive of the Gainesville, Florida area. We are on a month-to-month lease, which will allow us to be able to move fairly quickly.

My most important request would be that I am still able to attend church most Sundays with my family.
