Golf Course Superintendent to work with Director of Agronomy on the new construction of an 18-hole private golf club in Alachua, Florida designed by Mark McCumber and Associates.
Groundbreaking beginning in October 2026 with projected course opening in October 2027 to limited membership.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years as a golf course superintendent with experience in growing in sprigged and sodded warm season turfgrass during new construction or course renovations that involved irrigation and infrastructure installments.
Educational Requirements
Minimum of 2-year turf management/agronomy related degree or 4-year biological sciences related degree or 5 years of golf course maintenance and management experience with other 2 or 4 year degree.
Special Requirements
Must be Florida Golf Course BMP certified.
Must have current Florida commercial pesticide applicator's license.
Florida Natural Areas Weed Management license if not current then to be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Salary Range
From $100,000 to $120,000 per year
