Additional Information
This is a results-driven role for someone who takes ownership of outcomes. It requires leadership, prioritization, and the ability to execute consistently under real operating conditions.
This is not the right position for someone who needs constant direction or ideal conditions. It is the right position for someone who wants to lead, make decisions, and be judged on the results they produce.
Final Note
If you want full control of an operation, this is it.
If you can lead people, manage play, and execute without excuses, we should talk.
If you need perfect conditions or unlimited resources, this is not your job.
