Landscape Crew Member
Job Details
Taylor Anthony 365 is hiring a dependable Landscape Install Crew Member to help complete high-end residential and commercial landscape projects. This position works as part of a 2–4-person installation crew under the direction of a Landscape Crew Leader.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
- Assist with irrigation components and hardscape elements
- Prepare job sites by grading, digging, trenching, and removing materials
- Load and unload plants, tools, equipment, and landscape materials
- Follow the Crew Leader’s instructions and daily production plan
- Operate landscape equipment after receiving proper training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Protect customers’ property and surrounding landscape areas
- Complete final cleanup to meet Taylor Anthony 365 quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures
- Work outdoors in Florida weather and lift 50 or more pounds
- Report to work consistently and on time

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
Previous landscape installation, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred
Experience installing plants, sod, mulch, irrigation components, or hardscape materials is a plus
Experience operating skid steers, trenchers, augers, and other landscape equipment is preferred
Must be able to follow instructions and work productively as part of a team
Must demonstrate reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and pride in the finished product
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn may be considered

No college degree is required
High school diploma or GED is preferred

Salary Range
From $18 to $22 per hour
