Spray/Application Technician

Shepard Group, Inc. is looking for a licensed pesticide applicator to join our team. This position requires the knowledge of the following:

• Fertilizer Application
• Weed Control
• Mosquito & Tick Control
• Disease Control
• Insect Control
• Problem Diagnosis
• Soil Testing
• Core Aeration
• Over Seeding
• Operation, calibration & maintenance of equipment used for lawn fertilization & pest control

Qualifications:

• MA Pesticide license - required
• Valid driver’s license - required
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional appearance with good communication skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards and best practices
