Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools to mow , trim shrubs, edge greens, and perform detailed landscaping tasks
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to keep turf healthy
• Conduct routine activities such as fertilizing, aerating, topdressing, and overseeding to promote lush growth
• Perform regular landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to enhance course aesthetics
• Assist with general gardening and horticulture duties to support healthy plant life across the course
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and tools; perform basic repairs or coordinate maintenance as needed
• Support overall course upkeep by performing, debris removal, and ensuring pathways are clear and safe

Qualifications

• Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering systems is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of landscaping principles is advantageous but not mandatory
