Antonio Unpingco

My name is Antonio Unpingco, and I am currently the sole Assistant Superintendent at Rio Verde Country Club, a private 36-hole facility in Arizona. I am relocating to the Charleston area this July and wanted to introduce myself regarding any current or upcoming opportunities within a Charleston agronomy team or within the immediate surrounding area.

In my current role, I am part of the daily decision-making team and manage operations across both courses, including:
- Crew leadership, training, and daily job assignments
- Irrigation management (Toro Lynx) across two 18-hole courses
- Chemical applications, calibration, and recordkeeping
- Maintaining high-end private club conditioning standards
- Leading and assisting with multi-million-dollar renovations (greens, tees, bunkers, full irrigation install)

Working in a fast-paced 36-hole environment has made me very comfortable balancing daily conditioning, team organization, and long-term projects in a fast-paced environment. I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive, and I am confident I can contribute immediately while continuing to grow within a high-level operation.
