Duties
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all golf course equipment, including mowers, carts, and power tools
Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines, small engines, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals
Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct electrical diagnostics on various equipment systems
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies necessary for equipment repair and maintenance
Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Lead safety protocols during manual handling, heavy lifting, and equipment repairs to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with course management to coordinate equipment needs for daily operations and special events
Skills
Job Requirements
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other mechanical repair tools
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for efficient repairs
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff or external vendors
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly
Knowledge of Foley reel and bedknife grinders/maintain and adjust reels for maximum efficiency
Positive attitude, ability to work with others, wants to continue learning

Salary Range
From $65,000 to $72,000 per year
