Experience Requirements
Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma plus 2–3 years of experience in golf course equipment or small engine repair.Technical
Skills: Proficiency in welding, reading hydraulic/wiring schematics, and operating specialized diagnostic tools.Physical
Demands: Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
Certifications: A valid driver's license is required; technical school certificates in engine repair or turf management are highly preferred.
