You’ll gain valuable exposure to irrigation scheduling and water management practices. This internship is an excellent opportunity to build your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience.

Our program goes far beyond basic mowing. With only 2–3 interns each summer, we provide focused, hands-on experience in all areas of golf course management, ensuring personalized mentorship and guidance. Our goal is for every intern to be fully prepared for an assistant’s position after completing our program. In a positive, supportive environment, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge necessary for long-term success.
