About the Course St. James Bay is an 18‑hole championship course located along Florida’s Forgotten Coast. As an Audubon International Certified Sanctuary, we prioritize environmental stewardship, water quality, and wildlife protection while delivering excellent playing conditions for members, guests, and the local community.
About the Role St. James Bay Golf & Pickleball Resort is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Spray Technician to join our Turf & Grounds team. This role is essential to maintaining healthy greens, fairways, and landscaped areas across our 18‑hole championship course and resort property.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides according to label requirements
- Maintain accurate application records
- Calibrate and operate sprayers and spreaders
- Monitor turf conditions and report issues promptly
- Assist with general golf course maintenance as needed
- Follow all environmental, state, and resort safety standards

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
• Prior golf course or landscape spray experience preferred
• Florida pesticide license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience operating turf Spray Machinery Ability to work early mornings and outdoors in varying conditions
• Team oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
