CapillaryFlow recently named Rodney Crow as its field technology and quality manager.

A former golf course superintendent, Crow has more than 25 years of experience in the golf turf business.
Crow is a university of Georgia graduate with a degree in agronomy and has been a superintendent at several golf courses throughout Texas and South Carolina.
Most recently, he served as territory management The Harrington Corp. where he oversaw sales initiatives for the company.
“I’ve spent my career on both sides of the fence — managing courses and selling the products that make them perform,” Crow said in a news release. “That perspective matters when you’re talking to a superintendent about a major installation. I understand what they’re weighing up, and I believe in what CapillaryFlow’s technology can do for them. I’m looking forward to putting that experience to work in this new role.”
CapillaryFlow is a provider of golf course and sports field drainage, moisture control and irrigation solutions for the golf, sports turf and equestrian markets.
In other news, the company also named Sam Wolfe as sales and installation manager.
Based in Phoenix, Wolfe has extensive experience in golf course construction, from site preparation, drainage, and earthwork through to irrigation, shaping and final grow-in.
Prior to joining CapillaryFlow Wolfe worked with superintendents, architects and project teams in a progression of roles at Pro Turf International, including project superintendent, project manager and director of business development.
“I’ve spent my career building and renovating courses and I know what it takes to get a project right from the ground up,” Wolfe said. “CapillaryFlow’s products speak directly to the challenges I’ve seen on job sites — drainage, durability, long-term performance. I’m excited to bring that perspective to clients and help them get the most out of every installation.
The company also named Kate Ginise as equestrian business manager and Richard Poskitt as sales and installation manager in the company’s home base of Gothenburg, Sweden, where he will oversee sales and installation projects throughout Europe and the Middle East.
