Envu recently launched its Signature XTRA Stressgard Liquid fungicide.
Signature XTRA Stressgard is a liquid formulation of fosetyl-Aluminum developed specifically for the golf and fine-turf market available in an easy-to-use formulation. It is labeled for control of several common turfgrass diseases on greens, including Pythium diseases, anthracnose, Microdochium patch, algae suppression, leaf spots and bermudagrass decline.
Signature XTRA Stressgard Liquid is available in the United States and will be available to turf managers in Canada next year, the company says.
“Customers have been begging for a liquid formulation of Signature XTRA Stressgard fungicide to improve their application experiences and overcome the challenges with traditional formulas,” said Jeff Kwiatkowski, head of Turf and Ornamental – US, Envu in a news release.

Signature XTRA Stressgard Liquid fungicide is the culmination of 12 years of research, development and global collaboration driven by a simple goal: Make the solution that golf course superintendents rely on even easier to use. Drawing on a legacy that spans more than four decades of fosetyl-Al innovation and nearly three decades of Signature fungicides, Envu scientists and formulation experts from North America and Europe overcame significant technical challenges to bring this liquid formulation to market.

Signature XTRA Stressgard Liquid is a true systemic fungicide that the company says enhances plant health, helping cool- and warm-season turfgrass withstand biotic and abiotic stress. It is the cornerstone of disease and plant health programs in greens, including Pythium diseases, anthracnose, Microdochium patch, algae suppression, leaf spots and bermudagrass decline.
Stressgard technology boosts photosynthesis that provides a more natural green color while also improving tolerance to abiotic stresses.
