Envu recently named Lars Oestergaard as its chief financial officer. In this new role Oestergaard will be responsible for Envu’s global finance, legal and compliance initiatives and providing leadership for the company’s financial operations, planning and risk management.
He will replace Troy Randolph, who is leaving the company at the end of September.
Oestergaard has more than two decades of finance, accounting and business leadership experience in multinational organizations. Most recently, he held roles in finance with Syngenta, both in North America and. His experience spans building high-performing teams, strengthening stakeholder trust and credibility, and working closely with capital markets through investor relations.
He will be based in the company’s office in Lyon, France.

Oestergaard said he has followed the progress Envu has made since its launch in 2022.
