Firefly names new VP

FireFly Automatix recently named Todd Litton as vice president of service and customer operations.
Litton has more than 18 years of leadership experience in field service, customer operations and process optimization across multiple industries, including gaming, janitorial and industrial cleaning applications. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large, customer-focused teams spanning field technicians, autonomous deployment specialists, customer success managers and traditional call center operations.
Litton has built a reputation for creating high-performing service organizations that consistently exceed customer expectations. His experience includes implementing advanced field management systems, leading Kaizen quote-to-cash initiatives, and driving operational excellence through innovation and team development.
At FireFly Automatix, Todd will lead efforts focused on enhancing customer experience, scaling field operations and supporting the continued growth of the company’s robotic turf solutions.

Brandt taps Erickson for T&O post
Brandt recently named John Erickson business development manager for the company’s turf and ornamental division.
He will be responsible for working with Brandt distributors and customers to provide solutions for end users and segment growth through product education and customer service.
A graduate of the turfgrass management program at Penn State, Erickson previously was territory sales manager for Brandt’s T&O division in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic territory.
He will report to Kym Wood, director of turf and ornamental.
Kimball named new RightLine manager
RightLine recently named Stephen Kimball as the company’s Midwest regional manager.
The Midwest is an area of growth for Rightline and warrants a full-time manager. Kimball comes to RightLine with decades of experience in the turf and ornamental markets. His previous roles include technical, sales and distribution relationship management experience at Bayer Environmental, Envu and most recently Sipcam Agro USA.
In his new role, Kimball will be responsible for regional sales initiatives for the RightLine portfolio of insecticides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, nematicides, nutritional and biological products. He will also help launch a series of new RightLine branded products as the company continues to grow.
Kimball will be based in Nashville.
