FireFly files to list on NASDAQ
Big changes are on the horizon for FireFly Robotics
FireFly Robotics, Inc., has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public direct listing of its common stock. FireFly Robotics has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “FFLY”.
The proposed direct listing is expected to occur after the SEC completes its review of the registration statement and the Registration Statement is declared effective and Nasdaq approves the listing, subject to market and other conditions. The registration statement can be accessed through the SEC’s website. FireFly is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds in the direct listing.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.

Sipcam, AMGUARD strike distribution deal
Sipcam Agro USA Inc. and AMGUARD Environmental Technologies have reached a distribution agreement enabling AMGUARD to represent Sipcam’s technologies portfolio, including Carve, Carve Xtra, Coastal, Endow, ETQ Flex, Linchpin and Slipstream products across U.S. golf, landscape and ornamental markets.
The agreement is effective immediately, with products available to selected distribution partners in time for the upcoming application season.
The agreement broadens a longstanding working relationship between the companies and aligns complementary strengths of each: Sipcam contributes its portfolio of established technologies and innovation pipeline, while AMGUARD contributes its field sales organization and distributor relationships.
Sipcam Agro USA is a subsidiary of Sipcam Oxon S.p.A., which is part of the Sipcam Oxon Group.
AMGUARD Environmental Technologies is the specialty markets division of AMVAC Chemical Corp., a subsidiary of American Vanguard Corp.
Culley, Williams named GAL award recipients
For their work in promoting government relations work to members of GCSAA, Jim Culley and Jonathan Williams were named recipients of the association’s Grassroots Ambassador Leadership Awards.
Culley, owner of Seed King Enterprises in Thousand Oaks, California, joined the Grassroots Ambassador program in 2021. He is currently paired with Rep Julia Brownley (D-Calif.)
Culley has participated in National Golf Day since 2022, which has provided him with opportunities to meet with Brownley and successfully gain her support and co-sponsorship of the PHIT (Personal Health Investment Today) Act. He also advocates on the state level and has served on the California GCSA board since 2011.
Williams, director of science and agronomy at Troon Golf in Scottsdale, joined the Grassroots Ambassador program shortly after its launch in 2014. He is paired with Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), and his advocacy efforts have included encouraging the senator’s support of H.R. 1583, the Parity for Athletic Recreation Act.
